FOCUS AND STRATEGY

• Mission: We are committed to the cultural stewardship of the world’s most iconic automobiles. We restore each vehicle with exacting care and honor for the stories and craftsmanship that make them enduring emblems of their era. This uncompromising standard of precision and integrity ensures their long-term value and cements their future as bastions of automotive history and heritage.

• Investment Strategy: Investments are not made for quick resale. After restoration, the goal is to enhance the value of a significant collection through the creation of innovative income streams. Sales occur gradually, aimed at major operators who can further elevate the assets’ visibility and value.

• Relationship with Ferrari: We are one of Ferrari’s top private clients, consistently purchasing the brand’s entire modern production and selecting limited-edition models destined to become future icons of international collecting.

REDISCOVERED HISTORIC CARS

• Acquisition: Since 2018, we have purchased, restored, and enhanced a group of historic Ferraris from a single private collection, whose owner was introduced by the Ferrari Museums.

• Unique Characteristics: These classic Ferraris are primarily race cars that played an important role in the brand’s history. Remarkably, they have never been restored and have not appeared in public for the past 60–70 years. Purchased in the 1960s and 1970s, they have been carefully preserved and kept out of the spotlight ever since.

• Absolute Confidentiality: The existence of these cars is unknown to third parties, including Ferrari’s current management. Housing intends to maintain strict confidentiality until each restoration is completed.

• Reasons for Confidentiality: Keeping the project private is essential to avoid:

• Speculation or misunderstandings caused by premature information.

• Superficial commentary from uncertified websites and forums.

• Interaction with auction houses or large dealers whose focus is often on quick,

speculative transactions. High-value cars are typically exchanged directly between major collectors.

RESTORATION AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS

• Exemplary Case (McQueen Car): The first car in this project, formerly owned by actor Steve McQueen, was acquired and restored beginning in 2018.

• Initially, amateur forums and online sources had reported the car as having been lost in a fire.

• Strict confidentiality was maintained from acquisition through restoration, while its history was meticulously verified and documented in collaboration with RINA, the AM Research Institute.

• Upon completion in 2021, the car was presented to Ferrari along with full documentation. Ferrari S.p.A. issued a commercial certificate of originality, confirming it as entirely original in every part.

• Ferrari featured the car in its official magazine TOFM (“True to the Last Bolt”), highlighting it as a benchmark of excellence for the model within the Ferrari Classiche Department.

• Certification (Preventive and Post-Restoration): To ensure authenticity, Housing works with independent third parties who guarantee confidentiality, including RINA, the historical automotive research institute Automotive Masterpieces. All cars have been appraised and certified by RINA, and once restoration is complete, they are also certified by the manufacturer. The three cars still under restoration will be presented for manufacturer certification once completed.

• Quality of Restoration: The restoration process follows methods similar to art restoration, based on in-depth research. The quality achieved through collaboration with Quality Cars, RINA, Automotive Masterpieces, and Torkar, is exceptional and “far above the standards typically applied, even by car manufacturers’ dedicated departments today.” Five restorations have been completed, three are in advanced stages, and their completion now requires only final execution steps.

• The car was exhibited at the Ferrari Museums and received the First-in-Class Award for Best Restoration at the 2021 Cavallino competition.

• A dedicated book was later published detailing its discovery, history, and restoration.

• Current Status: The same rigorous process continues for the other cars from the collection. Some have already been restored and certified by their respective manufacturers.

• AZIMUT Relationship: In 2023, the AZIMUT Fund launched the AHE Fund, specializing in collectible car investments, also linked to Ferrari and sponsoring the WEC Championship. AZIMUT co-invested with Housing in three classic Ferraris, recognizing their authenticity and value. The agreement allows us to exercise a purchase option to regain full ownership of these three cars.

To see the collection and ongoing work firsthand, a visit to the Quality Cars facilities in Venice is recommended, where the cars are located. Representatives from RINA, and the restoration team can be present, along with the team working on the new branding (Octonano NYC) and marketing project.
